Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. A team member will then contact you within 1–2 business days with an update or a tracking number. Lead times vary by item: if the piece is in stock, it will ship within 3 business days; if not, it will be made to order and requires a 4–6 week production window as we do not stock all sizes. If you need your order sooner, please reach out—we will do our best to accommodate your request.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving the shipping window notification. If we do not receive a cancellation request within that period, production will proceed. All sales are final after the 24-hour window has passed.

All orders are shipped via FedEx Next-Day Air after a processing time of 3-5 business days with signature required for delivery. All international orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority with a flat rate of $150 USD.

What is my ring size?

If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size. Exchanges or Returns

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the time your order is received.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL 

- We are not responsible for the maintenance of your jewelry and will not accept returns or exchanges for any items damaged by mistreatment. We are confident our pieces are crafted to the highest quality. However, as our jewelry is meant to be worn and enjoyed, over time you may accidentally lose a precious stone, or require resizing. We are happy to assist you, and we will give you a quote for replacement. Repair time will vary between 3-4 weeks. We reserve the right to decline unreasonable repairs.
