All orders are shipped via FedEx Next-Day Air after a processing time of 3-5 business days with signature required for delivery. All international orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority with a flat rate of $150 USD.

Most orders are made to order and ship in 3-4 weeks after the processing time; unless the item is in stock. Each piece is handmade and unique, so slight variations may occur.

What is my ring size?

If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size. As every ring is hand made to order, please be sure about your size. If you would like a consultation, please contact us at info@luludelalama.com and we will happily assist you.

Exchanges or Returns

- All jewelry is hand made to order, therefore all sales are final, and no exchanges or returns will be accepted.

- We are not responsible for the maintenance of your jewelry and will not accept returns or exchanges for any items damaged by mistreatment. We are confident our pieces are crafted to the highest quality. However, as our jewelry is meant to be worn and enjoyed, over time you may accidentally lose a precious stone, or require resizing. We are happy to assist you, and we will give you a quote for replacement. Repair time will vary between 3-4 weeks. We reserve the right to decline unreasonable repairs.
